About the role

The Director, Human Resources, Physician Enterprise, is responsible for planning and directing all HR operations for all Catholic Health Medical Practices and Trinity Medical Practices within the Catholic Health Physician Enterprise. Responsible for administering HR policies and programs covering all areas of human resources services. The position is responsible for providing supervision to the Human Resource staff as it relates to customer service, labor and employee relations, and daily operations of the Catholic Health and Trinity Medical Practice groups. The Director, Human Resources, Physician Enterprise participates as a strategic and collaborative member of the Human Resources leadership team.
