Job Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate and retail roles across Latin America and the Caribbean.
- Ensure seamless onboarding of new employees in partnership with the manager and the Payroll & HR Operations Specialist.
- Coach and support people managers in effectively leading their team to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Drive clear and consistent communication of company policies, practices, and key initiatives.
- Cultivate an inclusive culture that promotes diversity, equity, and fair management practices.
- Champion employee engagement programs to enhance workplace experience and retention.
- Manage the local payroll providers in Mexico, Brazil and St Barth.
- Ensure legal requirements are met and provide guidance to local employees.
- Lead the annual Performance Management cycle (ICR) and budget exercises in partnership with Director, Compensation and Benefits and Americas VP Human Resources.
- Lead talent review and succession planning efforts, identifying gaps and implementing development action plans.
- Foster company and group talent mobility and partnerships.
- Partner with Compensation & Benefits team on local compensation market analysis and recommendations.
- Responsible for HR data submission monthly and yearly to Headquarters and the LVMH group.
- Manage cross-functional HR projects, gathering stakeholder input and ensuring successful execution.
Requirements
- 10-15 years in Human Resources and people management.
- Must be experienced with Brazil labor law.
- Experience with other Latin America & Caribbean markets is a plus.
- Luxury retail experience required.
- Must be fluent in English and Portuguese. Spanish preferable and French a plus.
Profile

Compensation
$175,000 - $200,000 USD
