Director of HR, Americas

For our client, we are seeking a Director of HR, Americas to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This leader will partner closely with senior executives to shape people strategy across the Americas and strengthen the organization’s ability to execute in a complex, multi-country environment. The role will drive workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development while serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders. It will also help ensure competitive total rewards, labor compliance, and an inclusive culture that supports performance, growth, and retention.
