Director, Human Resources

What You'll Do

• Serve as the senior HR leader supporting business operations and leadership teams
• Partner with leaders on talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development
• Coach and influence leaders at all levels on employee relations, performance management, and talent strategies
• Drive transformational change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
• Develop and implement leadership development and employee engagement programs
• Support annual HR processes including performance management, compensation planning, and talent reviews
• Lead, mentor, and develop HR team members while driving high-impact business outcomes
• Lead employee and labor relations strategies, including collective bargaining agreement administration and dispute resolution

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
• Strong background as an HR Business Partner and people leader
• Exceptional coaching, employee relations, and organizational development skills
• Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, repair, transportation, or related environments preferred
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus
• Experience supporting unionized workforces and administering collective bargaining agreements will be helpful
