Job Summary
Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead HR initiatives and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and direct HR department initiatives and operations
- Partner with executive and operational leaders on workforce strategy
- Oversee HR specialty functions including compensation, HRIS, regulatory compliance, and employee relations
- Support organizational culture, change management, and leadership development
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Public Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in HR leadership
- Experience leading multiple HR specialty areas such as compensation, HRIS, or employee relations
- Healthcare HR leadership experience preferred
