About the Role

This is the senior HR seat for our largest employee population, reporting to the Chief HR Officer and serving as a member of the global HR Leadership Team. You will be the strategic partner to our global business Centers of Excellence (COE) and their leaders, own the people agenda for our workforce, and lead the HR team that supports them.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic partnership: Advise our COEs and their senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, performance, and talent management. Bring data and judgment to shape people decisions.
  • Culture and change: Drive engagement, retention, and the kind of culture people stay for. Lead change management and communication when the business shifts.
  • Total rewards and benefits: In partnership with Director Global Total Rewards, own the US benefits strategy end-to-end—from annual reviews and vendor partnerships to leading the 401(k) fiduciary committee. Keep total rewards competitive, compliant, and cost-efficient.
  • M&A integration: Play a central role in integrating acquired businesses and take ownership of HR support for those populations as teams come together.
  • Policy and program development: Build policies and programs supporting workforce needs—from employee relations, benefits, and total rewards to leaves, accommodations, career development, and performance management. Own the annual employee handbook review and bring proactive, competitive solutions to the table.
  • HR operations and systems: Run the North America HR function day-to-day with a continuous-improvement mindset. Use HR technology, analytics, and AI to drive scale, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Employee relations and compliance: Handle sensitive, high-stakes people matters with fairness. Keep us ahead of US and Canadian employment laws and translate regulatory change into practical policy.
  • Team leadership: Lead, coach, and develop HR team members. Build the bench and ways of working that let them do their best work.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of work experience in HR, with depth across employee relations, total rewards, and organizational effectiveness.
  • People leadership experience—you’ve managed and developed an HR team, not just individual contributors.
  • Benefits and total rewards fluency—hands-on experience with plan design, vendor management, and retirement plan governance.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills—track record of building trust across diverse groups and stakeholders at every level.
  • Organization and project management—ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from start to finish.
  • Executive presence and communication—comfortable speaking in small and large forums, with excellent presentation, facilitation, and persuasive writing skills.
  • Trusted-advisor presence—ability to influence senior leaders, challenge when it matters, and remain the fair, steady voice in the room.
  • HR technology and AI fluency—experience using systems, analytics, and AI to drive scale and efficiency.
  • Bias for action—ability to move fast, juggle competing priorities, and thrive in a lean, collaborative environment.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive PTO + benefits package
  • Hybrid telework policy

Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization, which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.
