The Role
The Director of Human Resources will provide leadership and establish a strategic partnership with all business lines as we open and grow Emerson Lakes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with enterprise-wide initiatives and foster the development of high-performing teams
- Partner with senior leadership to provide guidance on workforce planning, talent development, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement
- Lead complex employee relations cases that ensure a fair and inclusive work environment
- Create employee engagement and recognition programs that promote retention and support internal growth
- Oversee performance management processes that drive accountability, career development, and engagement
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of management experience in Human Resources
- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner supporting multiple business functions and managing an HR team
- Experience working with a large, diverse workforce of both exempt and non-exempt employees
- Proven leadership abilities, and experience with Leadership development, performance, and change management
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Pay
Commensurate with experience starting at $130,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus
