Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner in aligning workforce initiatives with business operations.
- Promote collaboration across departments to implement effective HR solutions.
- Facilitate teamwork to address complex business challenges.
- Cultivate a workplace culture focused on conflict resolution and underlying issues.
- Evaluate organizational effectiveness and recommend aligned solutions for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with distribution center personnel and stakeholders.
- Prioritize multiple tasks independently within set deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- PREFERRED: Master's degree.
- PREFERRED: HR certification (PHR or SPHR).
- Proven history of implementing successful programs across complex organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
