Director, HR Transformation Transaction Services | Corporate Finance

About the role

We are currently seeking a Director for our Human Capital Transactions & Transformation Services team. This team helps our clients drive value in various business contexts, including Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Transformations, and Restructurings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal project teams across the M&A and transformation lifecycles.
• Use strategic style and expertise in HR Due Diligence (pre-sign), Merger Integrations (post-sign), Carve-Outs (post-sign), HR Strategy & Transformation, and SG&A Optimization.
• Develop and maintain relationships within the firm and externally to identify new sales opportunities.
• Serve as the key project delivery leader, building long-term, trusting relationships with clients.
• Build new practice tools, go-to-market materials, and capabilities or service lines as the needs and demands of the market evolve.
• Mentor and train junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ Years relevant post-graduate experience in Human Capital Consulting
• Professional work experience in HR Due Diligence, Merger Integrations, Carve-Outs, HR Strategy & Transformation, or Organizational Design
• Experience managing multiple engagements and engagement teams
• Experience with HR operations, organizational design, employee benefits, compensation programs, pensions, post-retirement medical, health and welfare plans, workforce analytics, and HR department infrastructure
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint preferred

Pay

Minimum Pay: $109,000
Maximum Pay: $224,000
