About the role
The Director, Human Resource Business Partner will support the Global Regulatory Affairs organization and other Global R&D functions. This role serves as a trusted advisor to leadership in areas such as talent development, organizational performance, engagement, culture, leadership, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Develop the mid/long-term HR/talent strategy and implementation plan according to business strategy
- Partner with business leaders to do workforce planning, organization design, and development
- Lead the global annual performance review and year-end compensation planning and equity planning for designated client groups
- Proactively resolve complex business concerns, focusing on root cause analysis
- Deliver strategic business insight to guide development of programs to support the people strategy
- Lead the talent review process and ensure the succession of critical positions
- Drive initiatives in partnership with COEs to support a high-performance culture
- Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive that culture
- Engage on employee relations cases in partnership with the Legal and ER teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of increasing HRBP responsibilities
- Vast experience in organization development, talent management, and proven ability to build, lead, and integrate effective and lasting people management programs within a business
- Demonstrated successful experience building awareness on key organizational issues and presenting a relevant solution, guiding departmental heads, management, and stakeholders through a collaborative and shared decision-making process
- Excellent communication skills to ensure interactions with business function heads and managers, and proper implementation of various management strategies and procedures, will ultimately lead to improved business performance
- Commitment to the company’s values with ability to demonstrate those positively and proactively across the organization in everyday performance and interactions
- Able to lead change efforts and manage in a fluid environment
- Demonstrated strong business acumen and experience
- Energetic, highly self-motivated, and able to work efficiently and productively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in dealing with ER issues

$163,400.00 - $223,400.00 annually
