Director, HR Business Partner - Card

For our client, we are seeking a Director, HR Business Partner - Card to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This leader will partner closely with senior executives to shape people strategies that support business priorities and enterprise growth. The role will focus on aligning talent, leadership, and organizational design with strategic objectives while driving inclusive culture and measurable HR impact. You will also serve as a trusted advisor across multiple HR functions, bringing data-driven insight and executive coaching to complex, cross-functional initiatives. Location: Mclean, VA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $206,000 – $235,100 annually Responsibilities Act as a strategic advisor to senior executives, translating business strategies into talent strategies. Provide executive coaching on leadership effectiveness and organizational design. Influence prioritization of initiatives for maximum ROI. Develop innovative solutions to challenge the status quo. Lead enterprise-wide HR projects in collaboration with various HR functions. Define and lead a comprehensive talent strategy to foster an inclusive culture. Measure HR strategy effectiveness using data analytics. Qualifications 7+ years of client-facing or consulting experience, or a combination of related experience. 7+ years of experience in Human Resources. Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience preferred. MBA or Master's degree preferred. Professional HR certification or coaching certification preferred. 9+ years of experience in Human Capital Consulting preferred.
