Responsibilities

  • Oversee adoption of innovative payment models with state Medicaid agencies
  • Ensure quality methodologies align with HIS objectives and client needs
  • Manage commercialization of regulatory events and maintain business relations
  • Cook up government engagement through coordination with lobbyists and state consultants
  • Promote federal payment and quality solutions across government agencies
  • Expand relationships with government officials and health policy leaders
  • Supervise and develop team members, ensuring performance aligns with corporate policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university
  • Minimum 5 years in executing strategic plans related to governmental health agencies
  • At least 10 years engaging high-level decision-makers in government or payer organizations
  • 5 years experience with state or federal healthcare financing laws and policies

Preferred

  • Master’s Degree or PhD in business, policy, public health or related field
