Responsibilities
- Oversee adoption of innovative payment models with state Medicaid agencies
- Ensure quality methodologies align with HIS objectives and client needs
- Manage commercialization of regulatory events and maintain business relations
- Cook up government engagement through coordination with lobbyists and state consultants
- Promote federal payment and quality solutions across government agencies
- Expand relationships with government officials and health policy leaders
- Supervise and develop team members, ensuring performance aligns with corporate policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university
- Minimum 5 years in executing strategic plans related to governmental health agencies
- At least 10 years engaging high-level decision-makers in government or payer organizations
- 5 years experience with state or federal healthcare financing laws and policies
Preferred
- Master’s Degree or PhD in business, policy, public health or related field
