About the role

The Director, Healthcare Supports Clinical collaborates with administration and facilitates the use of resources to enable each service recipient to attain or maintain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. This role develops and implements preventive health services for individuals with developmental disabilities within The Arc of Union County, Inc.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) certification preferred
• Certification in Developmental Disabilities Nurse (CDDN) preferred
• Five years of progressive management experience working with people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, at least three of which shall have been supervisory at the middle-level management level
• Extensive knowledge in design and supervision, staff development
• Proficiency in Windows software and data entry software
