Director, Healthcare Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside the executive team to implement processes and approaches that support achievement of the organization’s strategic business initiatives.
• Establish and lead financial, operational, and governance programs that are in-line with company parameters.
• Create, track, and communicate operational targets and KPIs that support the overall OKRs.
• Aid organizational leaders by establishing a framework to help the business execute its strategies and OKRs.
• Develop accounting systems for quick access to financial data, strategic budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Analyze and interpret financial data for the purpose of improving systems and maximizing overall financial performance.
• Cook up the annual budget for the business unit or department.

Required Qualifications

• At least 8-10 years related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 4-5 years people management work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in building processes for a call center.
• Knowledge and experience with utilization of AI in healthcare and with call centers.

Job Expectations

• Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs.
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
• Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information.
• Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.
