Director, GTM Ops (Americas)

About the Role

For our client, a leader in the Information Technology space, we are seeking a Director GTM Ops (Americas) to support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a technology-driven environment. The position is remote, based in the US, with a compensation range of $165,000 – $210,000 annually. No visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute GTM strategies aligned with regional market needs
• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams for cohesive GTM execution
• Oversee analytics frameworks to measure GTM effectiveness and ROI
• Monitor market trends and customer behavior to inform strategies
• Act as a liaison between GTM strategy team and regional leaders for tailored guidance
• Establish KPIs to assess GTM strategies' effectiveness
• Manage a dedicated analyst for regional support and insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field; MBA preferred
• 8+ years of experience in GTM strategy or business analytics
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
• Exceptional analytical skills with ability to derive actionable insights
• Strong familiarity with analytics tools like Tableau or Snowflake
