Director, GTM Enablement Operations

You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the operational foundation for GTM Enablement & Business Value
• Lead the Systems & Analytics team in enhancing enablement technology and automated workflows
• Develop measurement frameworks for assessing organizational health and program effectiveness
• Manage operations for enterprise cross-functional initiatives like SKO and TSKO
• Identify opportunities for AI integration to enhance organizational productivity
• Foster a culture of operational excellence and innovation within the teams

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Operations or Enablement roles within a high-growth SaaS context
• Experience in building scalable operating models and governance frameworks
• Proficient in managing multiple disciplines like analytics and program management
• Expertise with enablement technologies such as LMS and CMS
• Hands-on knowledge of AI platforms and their applications in business processes
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Pay

$203,000 – $270,000 annually
