About the role
The Director, Growth & Partnerships will lead strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the company’s market reach and fostering partnerships that drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives.
- Identify and cultivate key partnerships that enhance the company’s brand and services.
- Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on growth initiatives and partnership opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
- Proven track record of successful partnership development and execution.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience in managing budgets and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and analytics tools.

Pay
Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
