Key Responsibilities
- Lead the calculation and submission of all mandated government pricing metrics (e.g., ASP, AMP, and BP) ensuring strict adherence to federal and state guidelines.
- All reporting required for FSS.Policy Strategy & Leadership: Monitor and interpret proposed federal policy rules, including CMMI demonstration projects, Most Favored Nation (MFN) proposals, and drug pricing reform.
- Global Guidance: Act as the internal consultant for the global organization to guide the interpretation of U.S. government pricing nuances and deliverables.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Market Access to assess the impact of pricing strategies on government programs and overall commercial gross-to-net.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the administration of government contracts VA/FSS and ensure robust internal controls and audit readiness.
- Advocacy: Provide data-driven insights to help shape Insulet’s response to legislative changes that impact patient access and product reimbursement.
- Compliance: Ensure that all policies and procedures meet the compliance requirements. Making sure that Insulet's policies and procedures meet compliance standards. Additionally, ensuring that Insulet as a whole is meeting the compliance requirements.
- This position is the Primary point of contact for the Compliance Manual and all internal groups that are covered by the manual.
Skills And Competencies
- Deep understanding of CMS regulations, Medicaid Drug Rebate Program, 340B, and FSS, VA, DOD and Tricare.
- Proven experience in managing complex policy changes and government reporting systems.
- Experience overseeing federal contract compliance.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Education And Experience
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of experience in government pricing/contracting within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree.
Additional Information
- Compensation & Benefits: For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $158,200.00 - $237,250.00. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
