Director, Global Quality
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Director, Global Quality to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. In this role, you will lead the global quality strategy and shape the systems, standards, and practices that protect product integrity across the organization. You will drive a company-wide Quality Management System, strengthen quality integration into products and processes, and partner closely with Engineering, Product Development, Operations, and suppliers to resolve issues and prevent recurrence. This role is focused on building a consistent, scalable quality culture that supports manufacturing excellence, continuous improvement, and strong business performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a company-wide Quality Management System (QMS)
- Foster a culture of quality integration into products and processes
- Lead supplier qualification and the resolution of significant quality issues
- Establish consistent manufacturing quality standards across the network
- Partner with Engineering and Product Development for new product quality requirements
Qualifications
- BS degree in engineering, sciences, business administration, or supply chain management
- Leadership experience with a demonstrated record of accomplishments
- Successful track record in establishing and driving continuous improvement within operations
- Ability to conceptualize and implement transformation
- Strong business, quality, and financial acumen

Pay
$205,000 – $230,000 annually
Location: Logan, UT - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
