Director, Global Project Management and Customer Implementation (Remote) - Scottsdale AZ

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor a diverse portfolio of complex supply chain projects
• Provide guidance and support to project managers on execution aligned with goals
• Manage a portfolio tool for real-time project status and resource allocation
• Ensure project governance with cost, quality, and delivery goal adherence
• Engage cross-functionally to deliver integrated solutions across teams
• Act as the primary internal and customer liaison on project status and risks
• Champion team mentorship and development of project management best practices

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in domestic and international supply chain management
• 10+ years of experience in complex project leadership, including team management
• 10+ years of experience in logistics solutions design and account management
• PMP® certification preferred
• Expertise in MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project; proficiency in Power BI
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum Master certification
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
