Director, Global Medical Affairs Lead, Neurodegeneration

Responsibilities

• Lead medical affairs strategy for neurodegeneration assets
• Develop and execute pre-launch medical affairs strategies
• Collaborate with Global R&D and market access teams
• Manage external engagement strategies for advisory boards
• Design and execute Global Medical Affairs Phase 3b or Phase 4 studies
• Set performance goals for team and monitor results
• Recruit, retain, and develop top neuroscience talent

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required
• 10 years of experience in medical affairs or neurodegeneration
• Demonstrated leadership in medical strategy development
• Expertise in managing cross-functional teams
• Experience with regulatory and market access strategies

Pay

$240,000 – $265,000 annually
