Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust data management systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting of project progress.
  • Stay updated on the latest scientific advancements and industry trends relevant to RNAi therapeutics.

Requirements

  • A PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of postdoctoral experience.
  • Extensive experience in RNAi technology and its applications in drug discovery.
  • Proven track record of successful project leadership and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex scientific concepts to non-specialist audiences.

Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of RNAi mechanisms and their therapeutic potential.
  • Experience working with high-throughput screening technologies and bioinformatics tools.
  • Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs) and regulatory requirements for preclinical studies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
