About the role
The Director, Global Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) Operations is a critical leadership role responsible for delivering world-class, end-to-end I2P and Vendor Master Data (VMD) operations at a global scale. This role drives operational excellence, scalability, and service performance across a complex, multi-region environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing global organization operating within a hybrid delivery model (captive and outsourced), ensuring consistent, efficient, and high-quality service delivery
- Partner with Global Process Management and Transformation teams to bring strategy to life, translating process and system design into seamless operational execution
- Own the successful rollout of transformation initiatives, ensuring strong operational readiness, effective adoption, and sustained performance post-implementation
- Drive continuous improvement across service delivery, enhancing productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and working capital outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in I2P / P2P operations, including global leadership roles
- Experience leading global shared services / GBS in hybrid delivery models (captive + outsourced)
- Proven track record supporting large-scale transformation (ERP, automation, operating model changes)
- Strong knowledge of SOX, audit, and financial controls
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and scalable service delivery
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Qualifications
- Preferred: Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, and invoice automation technologies
- Preferred: Lean / Six Sigma or continuous improvement certification
- Preferred: Experience in digital transformation (automation, AI-enabled processes)

Pay
The estimated salary range for this position is $165,000 to $175,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
Schedule
This role will be based in our Charlotte, NC office, operating on a hybrid schedule with in-office presence three days per week.
