Job Summary

Compass Group, in partnership with Rapport Guest Services, is seeking an exceptional Global Director of Operations to lead and transform reception and conference services across 14 dynamic, high-profile locations worldwide.

Lead with Vision

  • Set and execute a bold global strategy for reception and conference services across the U.S., India, and UK
  • Elevate service delivery to a best-in-class, hospitality-led experience that sets new industry benchmarks

Inspire High-Performing Teams

  • Lead, coach, and empower a diverse, international team of managers and front-line professionals

Own the Client Experience

  • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior client stakeholders

  • Own operational and financial performance across all locations, balancing excellence with efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service, optimize costs, and expand scope

  • Introduce forward-thinking ideas, technology, and service enhancements that redefine guest experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in hospitality operations, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
  • Experience with project management tools and software
