Job Summary

Compass Group, in partnership with Rapport Guest Services, is seeking an exceptional Global Director of Operations to lead and transform reception and conference services across 14 dynamic, high-profile locations worldwide.
Lead with Vision
- Set and execute a bold global strategy for reception and conference services across the U.S., India, and UK

Inspire High-Performing Teams
- Lead, coach, and empower a diverse, international team of managers and front-line professionals

Own the Client Experience
- Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior client stakeholders
- Deliver impactful business reviews and continuously evolve services to exceed expectations

- Own operational and financial performance across all locations, balancing excellence with efficiency
- Identify opportunities to enhance service, optimize costs, and expand scope
- Play a key role in retention, innovation, and growth initiatives
Champion Innovation
- Introduce forward-thinking ideas, technology, and service enhancements that redefine guest experience
- Continuously raise the bar transforming traditional reception and conference services into seamless, elevated experiences

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in hospitality operations, preferably in a corporate setting
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence
- Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
- Experience with project management tools and software
