Director, Global Environmental Sustainability

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's climate strategy aligning with corporate goals
• Utilize data analytics to monitor environmental performance and identify strategic opportunities
• Perform stakeholder education on sustainability, advocating for resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and prepare sustainability reports
• Drive continuous improvement by introducing innovative sustainability solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 7-10+ years of experience in environmental sustainability with proven leadership
• Familiarity with CDP, SBTi, TCFD, and GHG reporting protocols
• Experience managing remote teams
• Strong analytical and project management skills
