Director, Global Deal Desk
Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary, analytical, and collaborative leader to join our Revenue Operations team in our Sunnyvale or Atlanta Swamp locations. The successful candidate will architect our commercial engine, ensuring seamless flow of deals through a modernized Quote-to-Cash journey.
About the Role
This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise SaaS sales cycles, contract negotiation, and complex revenue recognition. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading and scaling global teams in a fast-paced, public company environment.
Responsibilities
- Scale a high-performance global Deal Desk organization by mentoring regional leaders and cultivating a culture of technical and commercial excellence.
- Transform the Quote-to-Cash journey by implementing intelligent automation and machine learning models to accelerate deal velocity and risk-score non-standard terms.
- Modernize discounting guardrails and pricing frameworks to maximize profitable growth while maintaining industry-leading margin profiles.
- Orchestrate cross-functional change management across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to ensure seamless adoption of new commercial policies.
- Optimize revenue capture by governing complex, non-standard contracts and ensuring rigorous alignment with global financial compliance standards.
- Drive operational throughput by leveraging advanced CPQ tools and AI to reduce cycle times for the majority of the Fortune 100.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in Deal Desk, Finance, Sales Operations, or Legal within the enterprise SaaS domain.
- Proven track record of leading and scaling global teams in a fast-paced, public company environment.
- Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS sales cycles, contract negotiation, and complex revenue recognition (ASC 606).
- Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce CPQ and comprehensive knowledge of subscription billing and ERP platforms.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI and machine learning frameworks to drive operational efficiencies and automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (Master’s or equivalent preferred).

Pay
The base salary range for this position is between $240,000 to $275,000, with additional opportunities for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
