About the role
As Director, Deal Desk, you will lead the strategic direction of the deal desk function within GoToMarket – Revenue Operations. This role requires a deep understanding of sales operations, revenue management, and customer success to ensure seamless and efficient deal execution and customer support.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the deal desk, ensuring timely and accurate processing of deals and customer support requests.
- Develop and implement processes to optimize deal flow and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer success to align on goals and strategies.
- Lead the training and development of the deal desk team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze deal performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations related to deal desk operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales operations, revenue management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of leading and managing teams to achieve high performance outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM systems and other relevant software tools.

Pay
Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work required for special projects.
