For a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, this role provides business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations, strengthening responsible execution, improving decision-making, and supporting sustainable growth within a regulated financial services environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the company's global compliance program
- Develop long-term compliance strategy and governance framework
- Create policies and controls to support organizational growth
- Draft and maintain global compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct compliance due diligence during M&A activities
- Develop compliance KPIs and executive reporting dashboards
- Foster relationships across the organization, advising leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; legal degree not necessary
- 8-12+ years of progressive compliance or regulatory experience
- Proven ability to build or transform compliance programs
- Experience in global compliance across various jurisdictions
- Strong skills in governance framework development and internal controls
- Experience in leading internal investigations and ethics programs
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Pay
$150,000 – $180,000 annually
