Responsibilities
- Lead compensation advisory for complex global business areas on strategic hires and retention
- Understand business strategies and market conditions to recommend effective compensation solutions
- Analyze compensation issues and balance objectives with market competitiveness and internal equity
- Design innovative compensation strategies for talent retention and business goals
- Represent client needs in developing compensation frameworks and policies
- Oversee global compensation market intelligence and benchmarking initiatives
- Manage job architecture and salary structures to ensure consistency and market alignment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years in global compensation and high-growth environments
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences companies is preferred
- Strong background in market pricing, benchmarking, and salary structure design
- International compensation expertise, particularly in EMEA, LATAM, and APAC, is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with life sciences compensation data sources like Aon/Radford, Mercer, or WTW
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on translating data into practical solutions
Pay
$212,200 – $262,100 annually
