Director, Global Commercial Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as lead Finance adviser to Function Heads and senior leadership teams
• Embed Finance into strategic decision-making with insights and recommendations
• Own financial planning, forecasting, and performance outcomes for multi-regional budget
• Lead performance discussions focusing on function and portfolio outcomes
• Provide forward-looking insights for improved results and corrective actions
• Drive cost discipline and value optimization within the function
• Influence decisions by framing function-level strategic options and implications

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant or MBA
• 12+ years' progressive finance experience, including senior business partnering roles
• Strong understanding of life sciences (R&D, Tech Ops, Commercial, or regulated environments)
• Proven ability to influence and challenge senior leaders
• Demonstrated leadership and effectiveness in cross-matrixed organizations
• Strong commercial judgment and enterprise mindset
