About the role

This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

  • Drive global clinical process management activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned GCO processes and associated documents
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives in GCO operations
  • Manage document review and approval workflows for timely stakeholder engagement
  • Act as a communication liaison between GCO and regional heads
  • Translate process changes into actionable implications for local teams
  • Mentor Associate Directors to enhance capability development and process leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferred in a science/healthcare discipline
  • Minimum of 8 years in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector
  • Extensive knowledge of clinical operations and ICH-GCP compliance
  • Experience in clinical trial process design and implementation
  • Proven ability to work in a matrix environment with global teams
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with a focus on quality management

Pay

$171,900 – $231,900 annually
