Responsibilities

• Manage daily business operations in alignment with strategic priorities
• Represent the executive desk head in business strategy discussions
• Lead the performance planning process for the executive desk
• Develop scalable workflows and processes for trading operations
• Collaborate across functions to assess regulatory impacts
• Provide insights for presentations to senior management and stakeholders
• Act as a point of contact for key industry forums and initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Strong project management proficiency
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding analytical capabilities
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
