Director, Global Benefits

This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global benefits strategy in collaboration with leadership
• Design scalable benefit programs and governance frameworks that adapt to local markets
• Evaluate and improve existing health, welfare, and retirement programs
• Conduct financial modeling and vendor evaluations to ensure benefit competitiveness
• Oversee the annual Open Enrollment processes, including communication and employee support
• Monitor benefits program effectiveness through data analysis and market benchmarking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 10+ years in benefits, Total Rewards, or related HR roles
• Experience with U.S. health, welfare, retirement, and employee benefits programs
• Proven history of leading benefits renewals and financial analysis
• Knowledge of global benefits and ability to partner with international teams
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence without authority

Pay

$201,000 – $251,000 annually
