Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex applications.
- 5+ years of technical leadership experience.
- Deep full-stack expertise in Python, EKS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, AWS, and database systems.
- Strong understanding of modular architecture, component sharing, and scalable design principles.
- Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs and working with cloud-native technologies.
- High degree of autonomy and ownership, able to drive projects forward with minimal guidance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align partners.
Responsibilities
- Drive the design and development of modular, reusable front-end components in Angular.
- Define and execute on tech vision in consultation with architecture, engineering, and product leadership.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of engineering standards to ensure relevance and innovation.
- Architect and implement robust back-end services using Python, EKS, and AWS.
- Champion standard processes in modular application design, including micro-frontends and shared libraries.
- Mentor agile teams including developers, testers, and analysts.
Pay
$126,000 - $255,000 per year
