We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. First, there is no explicit "About the role" heading but we can create a section summarizing the introductory paragraph(s). The instructions: do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it). So we can have

About the role

with prose describing role. Then responsibilities: there is a "What You’ll Do:" bullet list. We'll put under

Responsibilities

with
  • items. Requirements: there is "Basic Qualifications:" list. That's requirements. Also maybe "Preferred Qualifications:" could be separate section Qualifications? The instruction: Use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. We have Basic Qualifications (must have) and Preferred Qualifications (nice to have). Could treat Basic as Requirements, Preferred as Qualifications. Also there are skills mentioned: list of technologies etc. Could put under Skills. Benefits: mention "Capital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits". Also mention performance based incentive compensation. So we can include Benefits section. Pay: salary ranges given per location. So include Pay section. Schedule: not mentioned explicitly. No schedule info. So we should NOT create Schedule section. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all bullet points from responsibilities, basic qualifications, preferred qualifications, skills (maybe from preferred qualifications list). Also include mention of sponsorship, incentives, benefits, pay ranges. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. We'll not include "Director, Full-stack Engineer" as heading. We need to output only HTML fragment, no or , no markdown fences. Let's craft. Structure:

    About the role

    ...

    Responsibilities

    • Lead, manage and grow multiple teams of product-focused software engineers
    • Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of engineers on your team
    • Work with product managers to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios
    • Continuously improve software engineering practices
    • Work within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement and support technical solutions across a full-stack development tools and technologies
    • Lead the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of your solutions
    • Bring a passion to stay on top of tech trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in internal & external technology communities, and mentor other members of the engineering community
    • Encourage innovation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, inclusion, outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, self-organization and diversity
    • Work across to improve the velocity of your and other teams
    • Lead efforts to deploy new and existing applications into AWS environments
    • Oversee and guide the technical implementation of breaking existing monolithic applications into microservice architectures and build new microservices
    • Shape long-term technical strategy and architecture standards for enterprise platforms
    • Partner with senior engineering and business leaders to align product roadmaps with scalable technology capabilities
    • Drive talent strategy, ensuring succession planning, skill development, and equitable opportunity across engineering teams

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering)
    • At least 5 years of people management experience
    • At least 7 years of experience in all of the following:
      • Software engineering and solution architecture
      • Enterprise architecture and design patterns
      • Cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
      • Data architecture
But note: The instruction says use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For nested lists we can still use
      • . Might be okay. Alternatively we could flatten: "At least 7 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture, enterprise architecture and design patterns, cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud), and data architecture." But better to keep list. We need to preserve all substantive info; nested list is okay.

        Qualifications

        • Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
        • 10+ years of experience in all of the following:
          • Software engineering and solution architecture
          • Enterprise architecture and design patterns
          • Web technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript and SPA frameworks)
          • Designing and building distributed HPC and ML systems
          • Cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
          • Data architecture
        • 10+ years of professional experience coding in commonly used languages like Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, C#, Scala
        • 8+ years of experience with database and database management systems
        • 10+ years of professional experience in the full lifecycle of system development, from conception through architecture, implementation, testing, deployment and production support
        • 5+ years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies
        • 10+ years of experience with Networking protocols and integration with third party distributed systems
        • 5+ years of experience mentoring senior engineers and driving professional development within technical teams
        • 2+ years of experience leading cross-domain architectural reviews and establishing coding and design standards
        • Expertise in the strategic application of agentic AI coding tools to solve systemic development challenges
But note: Some of these overlap with skills; maybe we should put skills separate. However we have a Skills heading; we could move the technical skills list there. Let's decide: Requirements = basic qualifications (must have). Qualifications = preferred qualifications (nice to have). Skills = maybe list of specific technologies/languages etc. But the preferred qualifications already include many skills; we could still have Skills section summarizing the technical skills: e.g., languages, cloud platforms, databases, networking, AI tools. But to avoid duplication, we could keep Qualifications as preferred qualifications and not have a separate Skills section unless there is distinct skill list not covered. The posting includes "Preferred Qualifications" which is a list of many items; we could treat that as Qualifications. Then we could have Skills section maybe empty? But we should not create a section with filler. So we should omit Skills if no distinct content beyond what's already in Qualifications. But the instruction says we can include Skills section only if posting has real specific content for it. The posting does mention specific skills in the Preferred Qualifications (languages, cloud, etc). However those are already captured under Qualifications. If we create Skills, we would be duplicating. Better to not create Skills section. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. Check Benefits: we have description of benefits and incentive compensation. Also mention "Capital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being. Learn more at the Capital One Careers website. Eligibility varies based on full or part-time status, exempt or non-exempt status, and management level." Also "This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan." We'll include that. Pay: include salary ranges per location. We need to preserve all substantive info: include the note about sponsorship, location-based pay, etc. We should not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Let's craft HTML. Be careful to escape any special characters? Not needed. We'll produce:
