Position Overview
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Accelerate integration of forecasting and planning models by partnering with Finance leadership in the US and Canada to improve consistency, accuracy, and flexibility.
- Lead preparation of the US budget and medium-term plans, including development of assumptions with finance leaders and creation of processes to report key performance metrics to senior leadership and HQ.
- Support month-end close and reporting, providing timely insights and identifying risks and opportunities across near-and long-term horizons.
- Partner with the Director of Finance – Data & Analytics to identify and execute automation opportunities in Workday Adaptive.
- Identify opportunities to improve firmwide reporting, drive a single source of truth, eliminate redundancies, and synthesize insights for executive decision-making.
- Support data and analytics needs for key initiatives such as pricing, cost optimization, and commission design.
- Collaborate with Treasury on portfolio analysis for syndication sales, including portfolio sales and asset-backed securitizations.
- Assist the SVP FP&A and CFO with corporate submissions and strategic projects.
- Assist in documenting and maintaining internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures in accordance with GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, and applicable tax regulations.
- Support FP&A team building and talent development, including mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Financial planning & analysis
- Leverage lease accounting and structuring
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong writing skills
- Strong skills in using Microsoft Office products
- Detail oriented and attention to accuracy and thoroughness
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Education And Experience:
- BS in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in financial service industry
- Experience with multinational company a plus
- Working knowledge and familiarity with Sarbanes Oxley regulations, monitoring and financial reporting requirements
- Licensing And Certification:
- CPA, a plus
- Working Hours: Hours may vary and will require evening or weekend work depending on business needs and will require working overtime.
- Tools And Equipment Used: Personal computer, copier, fax, phone, and other typical office equipment.
- Travel: Occasional travel related to attendance at industry seminars.
- Physical Demands: Digital dexterity and hand/eye coordination in operation of office equipment. Light lifting and carrying of supplies, files, etc. Ability to speak to and hear customers and/or other employees via phone or in person. Body motor skills sufficient to enable incumbent to move from one office location to another.

- The position is exempt and the salary will be between $185,000.00 and $222,900.00 with an opportunity to earn a discretionary annual bonus. The salary range is determined and based on internal equity, market data/ranges, applicant's skills, prior relevant experience and education.
