Director, FP&A

For our client, we are seeking a Director, FP&A to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis efforts, with a particular focus on aligning corporate targets to functional plans across the organization. You will serve as a trusted finance partner to corporate functions, helping guide budget management, headcount planning, and strategic investment decisions. The position also offers the opportunity to improve planning processes, tools, and analytical rigor while developing a high-performing FP&A team. Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $216,000 – $298,080 annually Responsibilities Own and standardize financial planning processes across all business units Drive alignment between corporate targets and functional plans Serve as the primary finance partner for corporate functions, managing budgets and headcount Provide insights on cost structure and investment tradeoffs to leadership Lead development of financial models for strategic initiatives and investment decisions Improve planning models and systems for scalability and efficiency Lead and develop FP&A talent, raising standards for analytical excellence Qualifications Advanced degrees or certifications preferred, including CPA, CFA, or MBA 10+ years of experience in FP&A or related analytical roles, preferably in high-growth technology or AdTech environments Experience in director-level roles with enterprise-wide ownership and executive exposure FP&A experience supporting publicly traded companies, with familiarity across reporting and planning cycles Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic financial judgment Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with company match Short-term and long-term disability coverage Flexible Time Off (FTO) Up to 12 scheduled paid holidays per year and one additional paid day off each quarter Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
