What You Can Expect
Own and execute the enterprise FP&A systems strategy aligned to Marvell’s business priorities.
Define multi-year roadmaps that support AOP, LRP, executive decision-making, and global finance transformation.
GenAI First FP&A Transformation
Lead a GenAI first approach to modernizing FP&A capabilities by embedding AI into planning, forecasting, analysis, and executive insights.
Identify and prioritize GenAI use cases such as predictive forecasting, scenario modeling, variance explanation, and automated executive narratives.
Partner with data science and engineering teams to productionize AI solutions with strong governance, accuracy, and explainability.
Establish guardrails for responsible AI adoption within Finance.
Run at Enterprise Scale
Operate and continuously enhance a global FP&A technology ecosystem with high standards for reliability, performance, security, and scalability.
Modernize the Finance Stack
Drive modernization of FP&A platforms including OneStream, Power BI, Databricks, and ERP integrations to enable real-time, data-driven insights.
Lead Business-Critical Transformations
Deliver large-scale, high-impact initiatives that transform FP&A processes, improve agility, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Quantify value, track ROI, and communicate impact to senior leadership.
Continuous Improvement & Governance
Establish best practices, operating rhythms, and governance models to improve delivery quality, predictability, and execution maturity quarter over quarter.
Finance Partnership
Serve as the primary IT leader and trusted partner to FP&A. Align priorities, manage escalations, and ensure transparent communication and successful delivery of outcomes.
Build & Lead High-Performing Teams
Hire, develop, and lead a global team of FP&A systems professionals. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Vendor, Financial & Portfolio Ownership
Own vendor strategy, contracts, and budgets (OpEx/CapEx). Optimize total cost of ownership while ensuring service quality and risk mitigation.
Executive Governance & Reporting
Oversee portfolio delivery and executive reporting, providing clear visibility into health, risks, dependencies, and business value.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner closely with IT, PMO, Security, Infrastructure, HR, Legal, and Finance to deliver compliant, scalable, and integrated enterprise solutions.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline
10–15 years of experience in IT or enterprise applications, with deep exposure to FP&A systems and finance processes
Semiconductor industry experience supporting global Finance organizations
Proven success delivering large, complex, global programs end-to-end
Practical experience applying Generative AI (LLMs, transformers) to enterprise or analytics use cases
Exposure to AI-driven automation in finance workflows (forecasting, planning, analysis)
Understanding of AI governance, explainability, and responsible AI practices
Technical & Platform Expertise
Strong experience with FP&A platforms, ERP systems, and finance applications
Knowledge of integration strategies using APIs, middleware, and AI extensions
Hands-on experience with OneStream (preferred)
Leadership & Execution Experience
Building and leading high-performing global teams
Strong program execution, prioritization, and delivery discipline
Demonstrated ability to drive best-practice business and IT processes
Business & Communication Skills
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions

Expected Base Pay Range
The expected base pay range for this role is $165,180 - $247,500 per annum. The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
