Director, FP&A

For our client, a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space, we are seeking a Director of FP&A to support financial discipline around P&L visibility, margin improvement, and business performance. This role partners with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation, offering the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a consumer-facing environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting and reporting cycles
• Manage the overall financial model including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
• Innovate cross-functional financial planning processes and reporting standards
• Support business partners on financial and operational topics with data-driven insights
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to generate meaningful business insights
• Prepare updates for the Board and Financial Management Reporting

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance/FP&A roles
• Background in both large public companies and smaller high-growth firms
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, apparel, or consumer sectors
• Understanding of Customer Analytics and Digital Marketing is desirable
• Ability to build complex financial models and conduct detailed analyses
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across different organizational levels

Pay

$128,000 – $171,000 annually
