Director Foundation Operations

About the role

Translate the foundation’s overarching vision into actionable operational milestones, tracking performance metrics across data, marketing, and events. Supervise, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing operations team, including direct oversight to the Event lead on financial budgeting, vendor logistics, and event execution. Direct the foundation's marketing, communications, and PR strategies to amplify hospital success stories and drive donor acquisition. Synchronize cross-functional workflows between data analytics, public relations, and event execution to maximize institutional efficiency and campaign momentum.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience, including 2 years in leadership/management, or
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience, including 2 years in leadership/management
