Job Responsibilities
- Support the reporting manager in project management and financial analysis across a wide range of projects and industries, including real estate and operating companies.
- Execute and review detailed financial modeling, build and analyze cash flow forecasts, and conduct comprehensive financial statement reviews.
- Act as “boots on the ground” support for initial takeover engagements as well as routine/maintenance meetings and activities including managing physical on-site property operations and deploying operational changes.
- Aid in the preparation of assessments and court reporting.
- Conduct industry research and contribute to client engagements with due diligence.
- Collaborate effectively within project teams and interact with senior-level client personnel.
- Maintain strict adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal processes and procedures.
- Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Uphold the highest ethical standards and maintain credibility in all interactions.
- Host, attend and organize events in region to build relationships and connect with referral sources for business development purposes.
- Take meetings with potential and active business referral sources to pitch new business and capabilities of the firm.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in Audit, Big 4 Accounting, Banking, Finance and/or distressed asset consulting or restructuring, or related fields.
- A degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting is preferred. A Master's or specialty in Real Estate is a plus.
- Deep understanding of financial modeling, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Highly organized, dynamic and possess the ability to pivot and shift focus without losing deadlines or priorities.
- A willingness to travel, up to 60%, as required by client service needs.
- Experience in corporate finance, banking, consulting or accounting preferred.
- CPA, CFA, CTP, and CIRA are a plus.
- Be motivated, demonstrate a high degree of energy, and be a self-starter; someone who is enthusiastic, proactive, and who takes initiative to get the job done and can work on a flexible schedule across a national team.
- Excellent financial, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent project management skills and proven capabilities to support project teams.
- Ability to independently develop and write superior quality work product with limited oversight.
- To work both independently, as well as a team member.
Physical and Mental Job Qualifications
- Must be able to sit for long period of time.
- Must be comfortable to work in a remote and/or hybrid environment.
- Must be flexible to work outside of the 8:30am – 5:30pm business hours if needed.
- Must be flexible to travel.

We offer a generous FTO policy, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, commuter benefits, and a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $140,000 - $180,000. Any offered salary range is based on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, training, location, scope of role, management responsibility, etc.
