Director, Financial Reporting
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content for About the role (the description). Responsibilities (list). Requirements/Qualifications (list). Skills maybe not separate; we have qualifications includes skills. Benefits? Not explicit; they mention equity, comprehensive benefits, generous perks but not specific. Might be considered benefits but not specific detail. The instruction: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It says "we offer equity, comprehensive benefits, and generous perks." That's somewhat generic but still states benefits. Could include Benefits section with that statement? Might be considered vague but it's still stating benefits. However they said avoid filler like "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD". "comprehensive benefits" is vague but still a statement. Might be okay to include Benefits with that sentence.
Pay: they have Total Compensation Range: $185,500 - $232,000. So we can include Pay section with that.
Schedule: they mention hybrid model requiring 3 days per week in office. So Schedule section with that.
We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. So we should omit Equal Opportunity section, etc.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So include About Formation Bio? The instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The page already shows job title, so we don't repeat job title as heading. The "About Formation Bio" is company overview, not part of the job posting sections? Might be considered part of About the role? Usually "About the role" includes description of role and maybe company. But we have separate "About Formation Bio" paragraph. Could we include that under About the role? Probably yes, as it's substantive. We'll include About the role section containing the company overview and position description.
We need to not repeat job title as heading. So we start with About the role
then paragraphs.
Responsibilities: list items.
Requirements/Qualifications: The posting has "Qualifications" with required and preferred. We can combine into Requirements section? They have separate headings Requirements and Qualifications. We could output both if content exists. But we need to avoid thin sections. We have required qualifications list and preferred. Could combine into one Qualifications section. But they ask to use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We could output Requirements (maybe required) and Qualifications (preferred). However they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Might be okay to have both.
Skills: Not explicitly listed separate; qualifications include skills like NetSuite, spreadsheet skills. Could put under Skills section.
But we need to avoid duplication. Let's decide: We'll have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (covering required and preferred), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Possibly also Skills? Might be redundant.
Better: Use Requirements for required qualifications, Qualifications for preferred? But they said "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". So we can choose which to include.
We have required qualifications list (CPA, 10+ years, etc). Preferred: Biotechnology experience.
We could put required under Requirements, preferred under Qualifications. Skills maybe not needed.
Let's do:

Need to preserve all substantive information: include details about Formation Bio, mission, values, etc. Also include "You Can Read More At The Following Links Our Vision for AI in PharmaOur Current Drug PortfolioOur Technology & Platform" - those are links but we should not include navigation? It's substantive? It's basically promotional links. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not navigation but it's links to internal pages. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Those links are not navigation? They are internal links but could be considered navigation. Safer to omit them? The instruction says remove navigation boilerplate. Those are likely navigation links. So we should omit the "You Can Read More At The Following Links Our Vision for AI in PharmaOur Current Drug PortfolioOur Technology & Platform". Also omit the values paragraph? That's substantive about company values; we can keep.
We need to keep "At Formation Bio, our values are the driving force behind our mission..." etc.
Also need to keep "The role begins as a senior individual contributor position with the opportunity to build reporting resources as the organization scales."
Now produce HTML.
