Director, Financial Planning & Business Analytics
What You'll Do
- Run the FP&A Engine
- Own and drive the company’s forecasting, annual planning, and long-range strategic planning processes
- Act as the operational backbone of FP&A—ensuring timelines are met, outputs are sharp, and the organization stays aligned
- Partner directly with senior leadership to translate business performance into clear financial direction
- Build a Best-in-Class Reporting & Consolidation Function
- Lead consolidation across multiple business units, bringing clarity and accountability to financial performance
- Redesign our reporting suite from the ground up—moving from static outputs to dynamic, decision-oriented insights
- Create a modern view into the business that leaders can actually use to run it
- Create a Real Analytics Capability
- Stand up and lead a centralized analytics function that pulls from all available data sources—regardless of system or structure
- Move beyond reporting into true insight generation: identifying opportunities, risks, and performance drivers
- Create tools, dashboards, and scalable solutions that elevate decision-making across the organization
- Build and Lead a High-Performance Team
- Recruit and develop a team of hungry, high-potential analysts
- Set a high bar for performance, ownership, and intellectual rigor
- Actively develop future leaders—this role is a feeder for broader leadership within the company

Compensation and Benefits
The annual starting salary for this position is between $160,000 – $200,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
