Director- Financial Due Diligence Analytics

Responsibilities
Lead financial due diligence engagements, including buy-side and sell-side engagements, and guide clients through the entire transaction lifecycle.
Develop and deliver advanced analytics solutions using tools like Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python to enhance client insights.
Collaborate with firm leadership to identify and implement AI-enabled solutions that meet compliance standards.
Manage client accounts, projects, and engagements, ensuring timely resolutions to issues, risk mitigation, and conflict resolution.
Develop scalable delivery methodologies and new services to differentiate CrossCountry in the market.
Cultivate the next generation of analytics talent by establishing coaching frameworks, providing performance feedback, and supporting professional growth.
Lead business development efforts and marketing FDD Analytics services to prospective clients, leveraging existing relationships to generate new opportunities.
Requirements
In-depth knowledge of financial due diligence concepts, including quality of earnings, net working capital analysis, pro forma adjustments, and deal structuring considerations.
Demonstrated proficiency with analytics and data platforms such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or R.
Experience building and developing strong client relationships with private equity firms, corporate development teams, and lenders.
Proven success in generating new business, expanding existing relationships, and increasing bookings.
Ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.
A continuous learning mindset, open to applying emerging technologies like AI and automation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
CPA, CA, or CFA certification preferred.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in financial due diligence, transaction advisory, or a related field within a public accounting or professional services environment.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.
