Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of strategic finance initiatives, including ERP implementations, financial systems modernization, automation, and process transformation.
  • Drive program governance, project plans, milestones, risk management, and executive reporting.
  • Partner with Finance leadership to enhance financial processes, controls, reporting, and operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to optimize finance technology platforms, including ERP, planning, reporting, and data management solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and standardize financial workflows.
  • Support scalable finance processes that enable global growth and operational excellence.
  • Serve as a key liaison across Finance, IT, HR, and business functions to execute complex enterprise initiatives.
  • Build alignment among stakeholders and drive adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Influence decision-making and facilitate issue resolution across multiple teams.
  • Support finance infrastructure, system, and process readiness for IPO and public company requirements.
  • Participate in acquisition integration planning and execution activities, as needed.
  • Help strengthen internal controls, reporting processes, and governance frameworks.
  • Establish program management best practices, reporting mechanisms, and success metrics.
  • Monitor project performance, resource allocation, risks, and dependencies.
  • Deliver measurable business outcomes tied to efficiency, scalability, and financial performance.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field. 8+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, Program Management, Finance Operations, Financial Systems, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience leading finance transformation initiatives, ERP implementations, or large-scale business process improvement programs.
  • Strong understanding of core finance processes, including accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, internal controls, and compliance.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in semiconductor, technology, manufacturing, or other high-growth global organizations.
  • Prior exposure to IPO readiness, public company environments, or M&A integrations.
  • MBA, CPA, PMP, or related professional certifications.
  • Experience with leading ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar enterprise systems.
