About the role
This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a hospitality and recreation environment.
Responsibilities
- Set strategic direction for global finance systems aligned with business goals
- Standardize workflows and oversee the NetSuite ERP ecosystem and related tools
- Manage governance and integration of configurations, upgrades, and data exchange
- Develop and implement the finance AI roadmap to identify automation opportunities
- Collaborate with Data Engineering for a reliable data foundation for AI applications
- Recruit and develop a high-performing team with a focus on career growth and a supportive culture
- Translate multi-team transformation goals into clear phased delivery plans and manage budget transparency
- Align systems strategy with enterprise finance priorities and communicate technology recommendations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in finance systems or enterprise technology, with proven success in delivering complex systems at scale
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP and related processes
- Experience with AI-driven or automation solutions in finance contexts
- Strong relationship-building skills within complex organizations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for senior leadership presentations
- Proactive problem-solving approach focused on risk anticipation and resolution
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience
