For our client, we are seeking a Director Finance (Personal Care Services) - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead financial strategy and performance management for a remote healthcare organization with a focus on personal care services. The position will partner closely with operations and clinical leadership to strengthen reporting, improve financial processes, and support sound decision-making across the business. It is well suited for a finance leader who can combine hands-on planning and analysis with the ability to guide a team and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; 10 years of equivalent experience may substitute for the degree
• 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role
• Hands-on experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
• Prior experience in personal care services is essential
• Proven ability to lead and develop finance professionals
• Strong presentation, analytical, and communication skills

Pay

Compensation: $160,000 – $180,000 annually
