Director Finance Operations- Adena Critical Access Hospitals (Days) FT

About the role

The Director of Operations Finance for the Critical Access Hospital (CAH) directs the CAH hospital’s financial planning, operations finance initiatives (CAH finance), and strategic finance initiatives. This position actively collaborates with accounting, revenue cycle, financial planning, CAH leadership, and Adena Health System (AHS) leadership in furtherance of the CAH clinical, operational, and financial goals and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Directs financial planning and operations finance initiatives for the CAH hospital.
• Collaborates with accounting, revenue cycle, financial planning, CAH leadership, and AHS leadership to achieve CAH clinical, operational, and financial goals and initiatives.
• Actively participates in strategic finance initiatives.
• Ensures the CAH is the authority regarding CAH finance and can clearly communicate and lead others with respect to CAH finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• De-escalation training within 6 months.
• 2-7 years of prior management experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
