Director Finance Cloud Applications Support

For a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Director of Finance Cloud Applications Support to join their team. This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Perform management duties including hiring, coaching, and performance management for the team
• Design and lead the implementation of finance solutions according to business strategy and requirements
• Coordinate implementation of system enhancements and cloud upgrades
• Ensure financial modules operate effectively and maintain quality measures
• Develop a highly skilled team with cloud technology expertise
• Manage relationships with major Finance IT vendors for cost-effectiveness
• Assess the technical and business fitness of finance IT services and solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or Information Technology
• 7 years managing projects and implementing technical solutions on Cloud platforms
• 5 years in a management or leadership role
• 5 years experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or similar systems

Pay

$156,200 – $259,600 annually
