Director, Finance Business Partner
About the role
Primary Finance Business Partner to ACD and Global Sales SVPs. Partner with the ACD/Global sales to drive strategic business initiatives. Oversee the consolidated AMER System Fund financials (ACD, Global Sales, Allocations, Ring-Fenced Programs). Manage individual AMER Ring-Fenced Program P&L’s (AMER RMH, CP HMA, Business Edge, Groups & Meetings, TMC). Support headcount and spend management processes, ensuring governance and compliance. Prepare budgets and quarterly forecasts. Collaborate with Finance COE to deliver both business and finance capabilities. Lead and develop two direct reports.

- Manage individual AMER Ring-Fenced Program P&L’s (AMER RMH, CP HMA, Business Edge, Groups & Meetings, TMC)
- Assess and understand a variety of internal and external economic and financial issues, to forecast future business trends, and to develop effective financial plans based on businesses assessments
- Collaborate with broader teams to support IHG’s commitment to developing talent

Ability to influence decisions/others. Strong communication skills. Demonstrated knowledge of the hospitality business. Demonstrated experience of leading and developing people. Demonstrated knowledge of finance, budgeting, and accounting processes. Travel - limited 10%. Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the ATLANTA office.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $140,000 to $165,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay.
Schedule
Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the ATLANTA office. This expectation may be adjusted with the changing needs of the business.
